* 2022.11.24~25 Daeyeon Head Coach Workshop

Managers from all stores across the country, who were very exhausted due to COVID-19 and had not seen each other for a long time, gathered together for an educational program and a workshop where they reunited for the first time in a long time.

It was a really busy time, but in a situation where communication was difficult due to accumulated fatigue and a non-face-to-face environment, the goal was to reduce the difficulties in operation and the negative impact on business to some extent, and I think the biggest feeling of welcome was great.

In particular, it was a very exciting time as a large group of over 70 managers gathered in one place and talked without realizing the time was passing, and it seemed like they had a meaningful time resolving their regrets about not being able to meet each other through an interesting program.

I hope that the store managers and headquarters employees who are always working hard on the front lines had a happy time, and we promise to meet again at a better time and place in the future.
