On December 22, 2021, 

Daeyeon's year-end party and OCA event,

where both headquarters and branch family members came together, was held. 

This year's OCA, like last year, was conducted online,

 but it was a time filled with even more enthusiasm and fun than the previous year.

Of course! Please go ahead and introduce the 2021 OCA event. 

Preparing for a virtual event certainly involves a lot of coordination and effort.

 It's great to hear that many people contributed to the planning and execution, 

from content creation to technical aspects like filming, recording, broadcasting, 

and ensuring smooth communication. 

Their hard work and dedication are greatly appreciated! 

It must have been a great experience to finally see the head coaches and headquarters staff members, 

even if it was through video. Video calls can bring people closer together, 

even when they can't meet in person. 

It sounds like the first part of the OCA was a special time for expressing gratitude 

and recognizing the contributions of those who have been with the company 

for different lengths of service. 

The announcement of promotions must have added an extra layer of excitement to the event! 

That must have been a touching and memorable moment 

to have Head Coach Jeong-Ae-Young from the Incheon Bukhang branch, 

who has been with the company for 20 years, visit the OCA shooting studio. 

Hearing her stories and witnessing the congratulations

 from branch employees must have been very special and heartwarming. 

It sounds like the second part, 'On&Off' time,

 planned by the Operation Team was a great way to take a break from busy work

 at the company and fully enjoy the OCA event. 

Laughter and fun activities must have filled the air during this time! 

It's wonderful that the 'A Day at the Store' video, featuring the participation of the headquarters staff, 

showcased the commitment and enthusiasm of employees in their daily work at the stores. 

Seeing familiar faces must have made it even more engaging. 

Moreover, the inclusion of essential information about store operations added 

an extra layer of significance to the video.

Even though the 2021 OCA was conducted remotely,

the chat interactions among the participants were as lively as if it were in person.

But I hope that in 2022, we can hold hands, laugh face-to-face,

and enjoy delicious food together in an in-person OCA.
