On the 2nd of last month, Daeyeon Corporation conducted an event to donate second-hand clothing to 'Forest Story,' operated by the 'Hope Planting Tree Cooperative.' 

The donated second-hand clothing, consisting of a total of 123 SKUs, was part of the inventory from some Daeyeon stores and had been worn only 1-2 times for photography purposes. The total value of the clothing donated amounted to 13 million KRW.

'Forest Story' started with its first branch in Uijeongbu in 2017 and expanded to its fourth branch in Mangwoo in March of the previous year. It operates as a resource circulation store, supporting the employment and independence of individuals with developmental disabilities, while also functioning through corporate and individual donations and sharing.

This donation not only supports the employment and self-reliance of individuals with developmental disabilities working at 'Forest Story' but also contributes to recycling by providing clean second-hand clothing, making it a meaningful act of giving.
