Participate in the marathon to help the underprivileged on April 9th!
Hello!
A total of 25 employees from Daeyeon headquarters and pacers
from The Hyundai Seoul and Shinsegae Centum Run Club participated in the
“10th Happy Store Marathon to Help the Underprivileged” held
at Hangang Park in Yeouido on Sunday, April 9th!
Members of WE:DO, a social contribution community run by Daeyeon,
also participated, with a total of about 50 runners!
From now on, we will introduce you to the passionate marathon competition scene!
Sunday 8am,
Daeyeon's logo can be seen throughout the venue,
and Daeyeon and WE:DO booths are prepared in front of the stage!!
Today’s runners are starting to gather here one after another!
The WE:DO t-shirts made to let each other know that we are “ONE TEAM” while running were really pretty!!
5km walk, 5km, 10km Receive a race number with your name engraved on it and prepare for the race.
And decorating your race number with the prepared stickers is part of the fun of the race!
And, the WE:DO sponsored school that recently won the Kolon section marathon!
Track and field athletes from Shinjeong High School and
Shinjeong Girls’ Middle School in Seoul came to cheer on us.
I think everyone was able to finish the race without any injuries thanks to the energy of winning!!
After completing preparations for the race with excitement and tension,
Managing Director Kim Woo-dong and Manager Kim Ho-hyun, as sponsors of the race, came on stage!
Daeyeon donated approximately 3 million won worth of products to underprivileged children
for this competition, and WE:DO donated 1 million won for members' participation fees!
After sharing a meaningful moment together, we did the most important stretching before departure!
After a quick stretch to relax from head to toe, I stood at the starting line.
Looks like he's concentrating!
Everyone set their own goals and ran hard at their own pace!
On the return course, I was so happy to see Daeyeon executives and WE:DO members passing by on the other side!!
These were new appearances that you don't usually see! Running is the best!!
After scoring a goal, you get a medal!!
It looks brighter now that the race is over, right?! Haha?
After all runners finished the race without injury,
they were awarded medals and finished with a group photo!
It was a great day to see people doing their best and having fun!!
Next time, I hope to be able to work with even more people.
