2021 OCA

December 22, 2021 

The OCA event, which was Daeyeon's year-end party, was held with the headquarters and store families all together. 

Like last year, this OCA was also held non-face-to-face!

However, it was a time filled with more excitement and fun than last year.

From now on, we are introducing a more informative 2021 OCA! 

First, as it was conducted non-face-to-face, a lot of preparation was needed.

Many people worked hard to plan more structured 

content as well as filming, recording, broadcasting, and checking communication status.

It was very nice to be able to meet the head coaches and headquarters staff through video, 

whom I had been curious about because I had not been able to see them face to face for a while :) 

Part 1 was conducted by the education team. 

It was a time to express our gratitude to those who joined us as a 

Daeyeon family for a short period of time! 

It was a very exciting time as we were told that appreciation money would be given based on years of service :) 

I think the first part of OCA was full of excitement as there was also an announcement of promotions! 

In particular, Head Coach Jeong Ae-young of the Moda Incheon store, 

who has been working for 20 years, visited the OCA filming studio! 

I was able to hear the story of head coach Jeong Ae-young, 

who has maintained her position for 20 years,

 and even see congratulatory messages from store employees. 

I was very grateful and touched. 

Part 2 is ‘On&Off’ time planned by the Operations Team! 

It was a time where I could put aside my busy work and fully enjoy the event. 

There was a lot of laughter because there was so much fun content! 

Among them, there was a ‘Store Day’ video in which headquarters employees participated!

Everyone gave a great performance, 

from the way the employees showed up at the store to the way they concentrated on their work.

I think I was more focused because they were familiar faces. 

And it's not just fun!

 I think it was the icing on the cake as it included every detail of what you should check in the store. 

I also had time to answer the questionnaire I received in advance!

And I told the CEO what I wanted to say!

Over the past 21 years, I have had time to express myself with words.

What kind of year was your 2021? 

It's also the end of the year and when you have a year-end party, you can't leave out the MVP award, right?

Stores and employees who worked hard throughout the year were selected and given gifts! 

An air purifier, styler, coffee machine, humidifier, 

wireless earphones, small prizes, and a meal ticket for the CEO! 

A lot may have happened this year, but I hope the gifts made you feel a little more rewarded and proud.

Although the 2021 OCA was conducted non-face-to-face,

I think the chat power of the participating lovers was as good as face-to-face.

But in 2022, we will hold hands, look at each other and smile

I hope OCA becomes a place where people can eat delicious food.
